Madison Cawthorn
Anyone else tired of hearing about congressman Hot Wheels? I lost track of his controversies during the “bringing a gun to an airport” scandal a couple weeks ago. Now maybe he’s gay or does gay stuff? He’s at the top of the list because I need to get him out of the way. Nothing he’s done, or will ever do, is important. The spotlight will move to some other member of the GOP Troglodyte caucus when it comes out they one time ate human meat in a “survival scenario.” Within five years Cawthorn will be out of congress and hocking racist coffee on the conservative alt media circuit. The cocaine orgy stuff is 100% BTW (DC Madam Scandal, Jeffery Epstein and Craig J. Spence)
Death by Information
Speaking of suspicious deaths (DC Madam Scandal, Jeffery Epstein and Craig J. Spence) Valentin Broeksmit was found dead last week. Mr Broeksmit is believed to be a federal informant pertaining to a case involving Donald Trump and Deutsche Bank. His body was found at Woodrow Wilson High School in Los Angeles. LAPD has not released cause of death, but say foul play is not suspected at this time. Now, I’m going on my gut feeling to not trust the LAPD, and you shouldn’t either. Elon Musk/Twitter
Elon Musk’s proposal to buy twitter has made a lot of people have a lot of stupid opinions about it. I say proposal because Musk the shit talker can still back out of it at anytime, even though at this point he would pay a financial penalty. Musk is a shit talking carnival barker and I will only believe he buys twitter when the deal is through. Now, he says he will bring free speech back. His best explanation for what he means by that is:
So who the hell knows whatever that will mean in practice. A lot of liberals mourned that Musk will turn twitter into some right wing cesspit. What they don’t address is that the previous owners of twitter included Vanguard Group, BlackRock and the Saudi Royal family. I wouldn’t describe those groups as stalwarts of progressive ideals, but more along the lines of Dark Archons of Human Misery and Reaction. Does that mean Musk’s takeover is good? The answer is somewhere between “I don’t know or care” and “marginally, maybe, or not". What I Watched This Week
I watched The Northman this weekend. The third movie by director Robert Eggers (first The VVitch then The Lighthouse) starring Alexander Skarsgård, Anna Taylor-Joy and Nicole Kidman. Two of my favorites, Ethan Hawke and Willem Dafoe, also give great performances. Skarsgård splays Viking berserker and prince Amleth on a quest for vengeance in Tenth Century Scandinavia. I recommend watching this one in theaters, the visuals are stunning and the action brutal and benefit from a theater screen. The movie mixes the stark environments of Norway and Iceland with fable and magical imagery throughout. Some schoolmarms are trying to say it’s a white supremacist movie because it’s about Vikings. Ignore them, it’s just a fucking movie. Also, the movie has the best cinematic fart I’ve heard in a long time. Run, don’t walk, to your nearest theater.
